I started this week by ordering the elctronics for my Bass Guitar. The components I ordered are as follows: 1) stacked 500k blend pot, 2) 500k volume/tone pots, 1) 1/4" jack, and lastly 1) .47uf capacitor. these componets will be wired with the two pickups that I have for the project which are a EMG passive P bass pickup and a Fender yosemite jazz bass pickup.
On the left is the diagram that I followed to create the schematic on the right which is how my bass will be wired.
Designing the electronics for my bass has reminded me that I need to make a jack plate for my bass. The jack plate that I designed is meant to be turned using a laithe and screws into the body using the two screw holes on the side. The purpose of the jackplate is to hold the output jack into the guitar body.

The last thing that I did this week was designing and laser cutting this cut out of John Proctors head. This for an English project that I am doing. the conecpt of this project is very simillar to the cardboard santa that I made last week.
