Week #18 1/14 - 1/19

This week in shop I relieved my wood in the mail so I spent the week double checking all the small details in my model, such as the depths of the cavities and so forth. Additionally so that I don't need to buy them I also designed some knobs that I will be making. I am going to make them on the resin printer which I used last week on my key-fob project.

My classmate Anthony Cartolano Is now cutting out his jersey holder project so I spent some of the week working with him on VCarve Pro and the CNC router to cut his project out. We faced some tricky problems with the geometry in Vcare Pro which we eventually figured out. This was a great time for me to exercise my VCarve skills and practice even more before my Bass project is cut out which is very soon.

Finally here is a picture of my wood that I will be cutting my Bass out of.
