Week #3 9/15 - 9/20

This week I started by finishing up the milling processes on my lamp base. What I had left to do was the drilling operations for the screws that hold the clamp together and for the light bulb socket. For both the drills I had to go back to my g-code file and change the drilling operations to pecking. pecking is when the drill moves up after it goes down to let debris out so they don't clog and damage the drill bit.

After I finished milling the clamp I went onto following up with another project that I took on from last year, the Fish Feeder. First I cut out a new sensor disk and a new front plate for the fish feeder. The sensor disk that was there had broke since last year and the front panel needed altering. Now that I have done these two things I can move on and assemble the rest of the Fish Feeder.
