Week #35 6/3 - 6/7

This week I re visited two things that I previously made to improve on the designs of them both. First my shop teacher requested that I re make a part for the Fish feeder. The part is the piece that connects the auger to the motor, and it is mad eon the lathe. The size of the holes that the two pieces fit into needed to be reduced so that the part would better fit in the diameter. I also cut the auger shorter as to conserve space in the design.

Next I went to test the sound of my bass guitar and I did get a signal but it was rather choppy and did not sound how I wished it to. I decided to re make the connections of the pickups to the potentiometers. I changed the connections from being pin connectors to being solder connecting the wires. I have not tested yet but I believe this will improve the sound.
